Once you are registered as a shareholder, you now have the right to earn a portion of the profits. As part of our agreement with the companies, we require quarterly financial statements, which will be sent to you. The percentage of profit will vary depending on the current shareholder mix and your investment. You can either choose to cash out or reinvest your earnings into the company. Once you have purchased your shares, you will be sent a shareholder agreement outlining your share in the company as well as the percentage of profits you can expect to receive.

Any investment carries risk. These are also startups you are investing in so the risk is quite high. However, the upside is quite high, think of the early investors in Facebook, they are now very wealthy. If you feel the risk is too high, we recommend lower risk investments like Money Market Funds or Government Bonds
